Tina joined Management Strategies in 1997 to launch the new corporate outdoor experiential services of the company. Since then she has designed, managed and facilitated over a hundred leadership, team development and culture change programs in the Philippines, Hong Kong SAR, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and the United States.

Tina has a BS Business Administration degree from the University of the Philippines and acquired her consulting and facilitation skills through Management Strategies, TMI, Asia Works, pro-Action USA, Project Adventure Oregon, Outward Bound Pacific Crest, among many.

The turning point in Tina's career was in 1996 when she decided to combine her love for the outdoors with her professional life, thereby becoming one of the pioneers in corporate outdoor experiential training in the Philippines. The last few years saw another turning point in her life with the birth of her two precocious daughters, Maiya and Erika.
