Maita pours her creativity and energy as a key member of Management Strategies' team. Recently she channeled that passion into becoming project manager - logistics for the outdoor programs that Management Strategies conducted for some of the country’s top companies.

Maita has many varied talents. She conceptualized and wrote copies for TV, radio, and print advertisements for many prestigious companies. She has been a painter since 1993, and since 1996 have had 12 solo exhibits (including three parallel shows with New Voice Company productions – "I Am a Woman", "Rent", and "The Vagina Monologues"), 4 group exhibits, and 1 solo photo exhibit.

An exceptional cook, someday Maita hopes to develop a training program designed around kitchen and culinary challenges. She lives with two black and tan dachshunds, George and Maxine and has recently adopted a dark chocolate mongrel pup, Charlie.
