Leo Castillo is known for his energetic presentations and ability to transform concepts into practical daily speak. Since the launch of Branded Customer Service in the Philippines in October 2004, he has participated in the design and implementation of brand engagement workshops for clients in the Philippines and Singapore, often side by side with Dr. Janelle Barlow co-author of top-selling book Branded Customer Service.

Prior to Management Strategies, Leo was a Sales Specialist for IBM Philippines where his retail solutions were used as a resource for the ASEAN region. He also pursued a career in media resulting in extensive experience in film, TVCs, photography and design. His background in production translates into creativity and innovation for Management Strategies and its clients.

Leo's popular and highly-rated photography workshop, Photoworks, keeps him occupied when he's not catching up on the latest movies, comic books and/or TV shows.
