Valerie P. Eraña

Val has developed and facilitated various behavioral training programs for local and multinational corporations in Southeast Asia for Management Strategies, and is at the forefront of the development of youth leadership programs. Her responsibilities include the management and development of the pool of consultants and facilitators for the company.

Val is a Travel and Hotel Specialist. She has over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry, in various roles involving sales, operations, training and human resources development. Prior to joining Management Strategies, Val was with the pre-opening team of Shangri-La Hotel Makati, where she hired for, trained, and managed the front office, and created the Systems and Operations Manuals for a few other departments. Before that, she built her career in hotels in Manila and the United States in increasingly responsible positions.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Schiller University in Paris, France. On weekends, Val often plays golf with her husband and spends time with family.
