Tess M. Escaler
Regional Consultant

Since joining the company in 1991, Tess has been responsible for consulting and development work for Management Strategies. She presents in the areas of personal and professional development, customer service, communications and group dynamics, personal quality, strategic planning and general management skills.

Tess holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance. Before moving back to the Philippines in 1983, where she was connected with SGV & Co, she worked and studied in New York for four years then moved to Geneva to work with the United Nations for another three years.
