As International Consultant for Management Strategies Asia, Sally-Ann Huson brings with her a wealth of international experience in the creation and design of purpose specific consulting solutions, programs, toolkits and train-the-trainer packages. She is part of the international Branded Customer Service consulting team that has bases in the United States and New Zealand.
Sally-Ann consults and presents on subjects like leading customer-driven cultures, coaching high performance teams, managing a results oriented organization, complaint management and influencing skills. Before moving to Australia in 2004, Sally-Ann was the Intellectual Property Director and Joint Managing Director of TMI UK, a company with 40 offices around the world. Sally-Ann remains a Master Trainer for the global organization based in Denmark and Greece.
Sally-Ann is a sea-change person moving her home to the mid-north coast of Australia where she enjoys the combination of her hobby-farm and the connectivity technology affords when working with colleagues from all over the world. As a collector of Austrian crystal she spends some of her time selling and buying Swarovski crystal.
