William Leininger, PhD

Regional Consultant for Management Strategies Asia and resident branding consultant for the region. Bill is skilled in transformation change processes and will be developing metrics and measurement tools for our consulting practice. He provides consulting assistance and serves as resident advisor to senior management at various public utilities, regulatory bodies, telecommunications, insurance, and manufacturing companies around the world. Prior to setting up his base in KL in 1993, Bill lived in Singapore and Hong Kong in his role as Chairman of the Far East Consulting Practice of Ernst & Young.
