Joi's 15 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industries, especially her postings as General Manager for a hotel and a global hospitality network, has honed her skills in the areas of branding, service quality and both the strategic and tactical sides of running a business.

Besides looking after the Philippine operation, Joi also participates in consulting assignments and is often tasked to oversee our bigger projects. Her strength lies in her ability to keep the big picture in mind as she mobilizes resources needed for client work.

Joi is well traveled and is familiar with the cultural norms in many parts of Asia. She brings with her an extensive skill and competency in cross-cultural management. She is a graduate of Business Economics at the University of the Philippines and earned her MBA - Regis Program at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business.

Joi enjoys a new challenge (whether it's a start-up or just a good mystery story), tackling them with grace and her gusty trademark laugh. A certified fashion plate, Joi can often be found in the trendiest shops hunting for the perfect pair of shoes, matching bag or classic outfit.
