Luisa has extensive experience in human resources, banking and retail management both locally and in the United States. Since joining Management Strategies in 1997, Luisa facilitated and has been Project Manager for action-based outdoor programs and adventure programs for some of the largest companies in the country. Luisa is also Project Manager-Logistics for Leaps and Bounds, our youth leadership adventure camp. Her attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the camp.

Luisa has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University and has completed her masteral units in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.

During her spare time, Luisa is the exemplary "home CEO" to her family, her colleagues and her friends, using her time and organizational abilities to help them plan their parties and run their households.
