Ian combines his passion, love for the outdoors and business management experience to create and deliver unique training and adventure-based programs. He enjoys being faced with new challenges and brings creativity and enthusiasm together with 10 years background in experiential learning to all programs he is engaged in.

As a Technical Consultant, he is part of team responsible for setting up the ropes course elements, orienteering courses, raft building exercises, and other adventure-based activities used in our training programs. He is also in charge of ensuring safety in all activities.

Being a Master Scuba Diver Trainer and Medic/First-Aid Instructor for the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), he specializes in scuba diving instruction and has worked as General Manager for Scuba World, Inc., the largest dive company in the Philippines and Cruise & Island Adventure, Inc.
