Elcee Asuncion Villa

is Managing Director for Management Strategies Asia. She is also Managing Director for TMI Hong Kong and TMI Philippines. Elcee has worked primarily in strategic issues around branded service and customer care processes for 20 years now. She leads top team consulting activities, and designs and implements culture change processes including wall-to-wall brand communication, customer service, leadership and change management programs. Elcee has lived in Kuala Lumpur for 7 years now, where she set up Management Strategies Asia; and before this in HK for 14 years, where she grew the TMI and Management Strategies practice.
