Start your engines! Management Strategies' newest and hottest Team Development Program is here and is definitely out to make tracks. Formula WIN puts you and your Team in the driver's seat of a one-of-a-kind race adventure.

Based on actual motorsport races, Formula WIN simulates a Formula 1 season wherein Teams with their own Crews, Cars and Drivers, compete against other teams.

The program encompasses a wide range of team dynamics - trust and support, communication, responsibility and ownership, planning and management of resources, commitment, and leadership. Crew members use best practices in order to optimize their cars and be of full support to their drivers. This takes place during Pre-Race Challenges where teams have the opportunity strategize earn credits and additional race improvements. In each of the 10 Races, drivers must trust their crew and themselves to be able to bring home the checkered flag. In the end, the team that accumulates the most points to earn the right become the FORMULA WIN CHAMPIONS.

Held at the SpeedZone Karting Circuit in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila, Formula WIN uses actual race karts, safety equipment and racing facilities to ensure the safest adventure learning program possible.
